a cost estimate for direct assignment pursuant to art. 50, paragraph 1, letter. b) of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 of the supply and installation of a motorized straddle vehicle for plant phenotyping - Phenomobile for the Foggia headquarters of CREA-CI with the technical characteristics referred to in the attached technical specifications.
The cost estimate must indicate the percentage reduction on the starting price, net of VAT.
Offers exceeding the aforementioned amount will not be taken into consideration.
The economic operator must present his offer in accordance with the technical characteristics described in the technical specifications, also providing a technical data sheet describing the equipment, and will not be able to propose other equivalent offers which, therefore, will not be taken into consideration.
The amount offered must include transport to the Foggia headquarters of CREA-CI, S.S. 673 Meters 25200 - 71122, testing in place and first instructions of the operators.
For all the details relating to the required equipment, please refer to the technical specifications attached to this quote request which you are asked to sign for acknowledgment and acceptance.
To manage this market survey, CREA uses the certified e-procurement telematic platform, called 'TuttoGare'. All tender documentation, therefore, is only available on this Platform and to access the system and participate in the market survey it is necessary to register the competitors by accessing the following link https://crea.tuttogare.it/index.php and then clicking on the “Register” button located at the top right of the Home page.
